When will I get my order?

All the art paintings are handmade by the artist, it takes a maximum of 2-3 days to complete the painting. It is then carefully packed and shipped with great care and sent to your address, within 15 days of delivery. In total It takes 2 weeks to fulfill an order, including its shipping time.

You will be notified via email when your order is shipped out to you- get ready for the goods! We are offering Free Shipping Worldwide.

A valid address during checkout must be verified before your goods are shipped.

What if my address isn’t verified?

Don’t worry, if your address has any issues, you will be notified via email. This may cause delay in the order process but we will do our best to get your order out to the correct address asap.
If you typed in the wrong address and your order has not been shipped yet, don’t worry; just email us at costumerservice@nohoartsgallery.com with “Address Change + Order Number XXXX” in the subject line (your order number).

Please carefully check your address before submitting your order. For orders that have already been shipped with the wrong address we unfortunately no longer can change details with that shipment. With this instance, we still want to help as much as possible! Send us an email with “Address Change” + “Order Number” + “Shipped out” in the subject line and we will help to the best we can!

After the painting is ready packed and shipped, these orders typically take between 7-9 business days (USA) and International ( varies from location, please check our shipping times above): between 7-15 business days for delivery. In total It takes 2 weeks to fulfill an order, including its shipping time. Please bare with us with this slower than usual delivery process.

The Canvas Paintings are shipped via Fedex and UPs Express

US, CA: 7 to 9 Business days

AU, NZ: 7 to 9 Business days 

EU: 10  to 15 Business days

Rest of the world: 10  to 15 Business days

The paintings are shipped after finishing the painting, and quality inspection is completed. These processos can take up to 30 business days . All paintings come with free 100% insurance guarantee.

For any reason you do not receive your painting within the usual delivery period of 2 weeks of the order date, contact us at costumerservice@nohoartsgallery.com with “Missing Order” + “Order Number” in the subject line. This is to ensure we track down the correct shipment or resolve the issue, we want you to get your stylish new cases!

Duties and Taxes

According to our shop policy, buyers are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply.
